I highly respect and trust Dr Thompson. He is always willing to listen to me and take the time to find out what is happening in my life that might contribute to my physical issues. He never 'over prescribes' meds so when he does prescribe something I know I really need it. I highly recommend him.

Best Doctor I ever Had .

Not a new patient but first encounter with the doctor. Prior visits were with a NP. Listened to my problem and scheduled some testing to be done while I was there to better assess the problem vs making a snap judgment. Scheduled a follow up visit after test read. Test performed by a very proficient nursing attendant that knew the equipment and set up for my test. Also explained the various potential concerns that the test would be evaluating. Very congenial and pleasant during the test period. Stayed in the room with, appreciated that.

I have been a patient at Thompson Medical Group for approximately 3 years, and never had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Thompson personally. He has had in his service nurse practitioners,which I thought were excellent in treating my needs, as well as my husband's. This past week I actually had an appointment with Dr. Thompson himself. He was a pleasant surprise, seemed very familiar with my medical history, and suggested just a minor change in follow-up care. There was no rush, or time limit on my visit, I am aware of. I am pleased to continue to seek his direction in my medical care!

I complained about having to come back monthly for a simple 5mg sleeping pill so he said let’s do a Brain View test and see what we can do about that as I am aging, and we don’t want a med causing memory loss. They scheduled it that day!

I’ve been with Dr.Thompson and his practice since 2011. Started seeing him and the others in group after an accident that left me in a wheelchair for some time. I was in awful health not only physically but mentally and emotionally. He addressed everything knowing my physical health would be hindered if my mind wasn’t ready to accept the pain and truth of what I needed to do to be myself again. I can’t ever thank him and everyone on his staff enough for realizing I was tough enough physically if I could get past the depressed state of mind I was in. I’m not one to take for granted when people go above and beyond to push me while supporting me in my fight to get back to good health. They treated my symptoms by asking me my opinion on how I felt and told me be honest with not only him but myself. Never had anyone ask me to look at myself from someone else’s point of view instead of my own. That began my journey to getting back to being as close to my former self as possible and I recommend his group to anyone who wants to be healthier. Do what he says to do and don’t do anything he doesn’t suggest you do.

Great customer service! I am a new patient and from the first phone call to schedule my appointment, I knew this was going to be my new office. You walk in and are greeted with a friendly smile. The sweet assistant who took my vitals was very nice. Chelsea came in and was a breath of fresh air, she asked questions and really listened to me. She offered her perspective on certain topics and genuinely seemed to care. I will be back and will tell my husband and friends and anyone who will listen that they should come see Chelsea or someone in this office.
